We are hiring Laborers and Junior Equipment Operators across the Triad and surrounding areas. Experience helps, but it is not the deal breaker. If you show up, work hard and want to learn this trade, we will train you.

Open Positions

Full-time, based in the Triad, working across North Carolina.

Laborer

Ground work on active job sites. Clearing, grading support, erosion control, pipe work and site cleanup. This is where most operators start.

Junior Equipment Operator

Running iron under a senior operator and building seat time. Skid steer, mini excavator, track loader and up as you prove out.

What We Are Looking For

  • Dependable. You show up, on time, every day
  • Willing to work. This job is outside, in the weather, and it is physical
  • Reliable transportation to the job site
  • A valid driver's license. A CDL is a plus, not a requirement
  • Willing to travel out of town when a job calls for it
  • Ready to build a career in construction, not just take a paycheck
